Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order, including a UKARA/BAC membership number or a valid form of defence, e.g. site membership details, reenactment club/group membership or film & props company information. Details of a "defence" can be found here VCRA. Orders will be dispatch to the registered address only or you can collect for free from our showroom.
We use PayPal & Worldpay payment options, you can use following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Electron/Solo & China pay, through either of them.
We do not accept payment by cheques or postal order.
When you receive confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently underpriced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
It is vital that when buying an airsoft rifle, pistol or any other Realistic Imitation Firearm that you provide the information required to prove that you are genuine Airsoft Skirmisher, reenactor, milsim or involved with film production. This is to comply with the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2007. Each order processed that requires cancellation due to the appropriate information not been provided will result in a £10.00 cancellation, admin and refund fee.
We only sell to persons over 18 years of age and make it clear to parents or guardians that if a Airsoft gun is to be used by anyone under this age they must have adult supervision at all times.

Our UK mainland postage charges are:
0g - 500 grams £4.99 (Royalmail 1st class signed for)
500 grams - 30kgs £8.99 (Parcelforce express 24)

All Airsoft weapons / RIFs will be tested and chronographed, then tagged and signed off before dispatch.
We will endeavor to dispatch your item/s the same day if ordered before 12pm (12:00) Monday to Friday, orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day or within 24 hours, so in most cases you will receive your order within 48 hours. If for any reason your order should be delayed, we will contact you as ASAP to notify you of this.

Please bear in mind the courier’s delivery Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 6pm (0730 - 1800 hours), someone (over 18) will need to be at the address given to sign for the parcel, as our couriers have been told not to leave items safe anywhere. This due to parcels going missing. We do not have direct control over the couriers and we cannot obtain a specific delivery time from them. But our couriers do use an updated tracking system, where you can now get a delivery time slot/window (this is not guaranteed)
Our couriers will update your tracking information once your parcel is collected and scanned. Please ensure you provide us with a working email address and check your spam filter.
If the wrong country shipping is chosen we will adjust it correctly without warning.

The cost of delivery will be added to your order total. You can select your preferred method of delivery or collection from the options displayed at the checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and costs but this is usually done in your favour and you will be informed by email. For example; we cannot send a £200 rifle by First Class post as it is too long, usually too heavy and is does not have sufficient insurance. In addition to this, if our courier cannot deliver goods to a premises and the goods are returned to us the customer will be charged for the delivery back to us here at Battlezone Airsoft and then charged for a second delivery.
IMPORTANT: All deliveries must be checked by the receiver (customer) BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged in anyway either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. You should only sign for the goods if you are completely satisfied. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as "not checked or unchecked". If a customer fails to follow this and a package is signed for as received in good condition. We may find it difficult (or impossible) to claim compensation from the courier company. If you do find damaged or missing items please notify us within 48 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the legality of importation into their own country. Battlezone Airsoft cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever if the goods ordered are seized by Customs officials or airport authorities in ours or any other country. If goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection or confiscated in any instance, we accept no responsibility and will offer no form of refund or credit. If the goods are returned to us by the seizing authority, we will refund your payment for the goods (not the shipping cost) less any fines or charges imposed by that authority for the handling and return of said goods. We will issue the refund only WHEN the goods are received and checked by our techs.
Damages / Shortages / Wrong items
All damaged deliveries, shortages or wrong items received must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, any longer than this may invalidate your claim.
Warranties and Guarantees are only valid with the original purchaser and once an item has been sold/passed on to someone else (3rd party) all warranties or guarantees are void.
All premium brand AEG's such Tokyo marui, G&G, ICS, PTS, Ares, ADC, Classic army, etc, will come with a 6-12 months warranty. All AEP's and lower brand AEG's like A&K, Cyma, JG, etc, will come with a 3-6 months warranty. All Gas powered rilfes, shotguns & pistols come with a 30 day warranty only. Spring rifles, shotguns and pistols come with a 30 day warranty only. "Included" items such as slings, speedloaders, batteries and chargers are not covered under any warranty as they are regarded as "free" items.
If you are unsure how long the warranty is on your item, please check with us first.
OUR TECHS ARE ALL TRAINED TO UNDERTAKE REPAIR AND REMEDIAL WORK. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM US YOURSELF DOING SO WILL INVALIDATE ANY WARRANTY.
PLEASE OBSERVE ANY ADVICE GIVEN AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE REGARDING BATTERY TYPES AND POWER AS USING AN INCORRECT BATTERY IN YOUR NEW AEG WILL INVALIDATE ANY WARRANTY.
THE USE OF HIGH POWER GASES OTHER THAN 144A GAS IN GAS RIFLES, SHOTGUNS & PISTOLS WILL INVALIDATE ANY WARRANTY.
How do I get my product supplied by Battlezone Airsoft repaired under its warranty?
If a product proves faulty within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect you should contact us immediately. We will then identify the problem and if necessary have the problem resolved under the terms of our guarantee. All valid repairs are free of charge for both parts and labour subject to the following conditions:
Conditions of the Warranty:
Original receipt is required as proof of purchase (Photocopy is ok). No products will be covered or worked on under these terms without original proof of purchase and items MUST be returned to us in their original retail packaging, complete with all accessories, even if this is damaged from opening.
The Battlezone Airsoft warranty does not include any of the following:
Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to us for repair.
Any breakages as a result of accidental/negligent damage.
Any routine maintenance required
Any faults arising from misuse
Any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by the Battlezone Airsoft techs
Any upgrades that have been installed in the product other than those done by the Battlezone Airsoft techs
Any YouTube upgrades or mods that have been carried out
The product has been altered or adjusted in any way from its original format
Any faults arising from the use of poor quality substandard BB's. We only recommend you use Extreme, Madbull, Blaster (Not Biodegradable), G&G and King Arms BB's.
Any battery other than an 8.4v Nimh or 7.4v Lipo has been used.
If a Gas Blow Back or Gas Non Blow Back product is being covered under our warranty then our warranty will be void if the item has been used with any gas other than 144a Gas.
Any Feet Per Second (FPS) variance is NOT covered. This may be different from the indicated FPS as this is only a guideline.
External damage or wear and tear.
Any items purchased from our Stock clearance, Pre-owned & Boneyard categories DO NOT come with any warranty at all. These items are sold on a "sold as seen" basis and therefore can not be returned.
Battlezone Airsoft reserves the right to change terms and conditions of our warranty from time to time.
Unwanted products must be returned to us within 30 days (under distance selling regulations) and must be "AS NEW", un-opened, un-used and in the original, undamaged packaging, missing no items from the packaging including the complimentary "free" items. Please contact us by email or telephone before returning any item(s). It is the sender's responsibility to return the item(s) by a suitably insured postal service. Please include your name, address and original receipt when returning items.
All refunds will have the original cost of postage and the cost of the refund (£1) deducted from them. Refunds will be completed within 30 days of the customer notifying us of their intention to return the item(s).
In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty then please contact Battlezone Airsoft immediately to discuss your problem. At our discression, a replacement product will be dispatched to you, although this WILL NOT happen until the originally purchased goods are returned and are confirmed to be faulty by our techs.
No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged by negligence, carelessness or misuse.
If an item says it’s in stock it is UK in stock, we don't use drop shippers or direct wholesalers. We hold all stock ourselves in our own warehouse.
All images with the "BZ" and "Battlezone Airsoft" watermarks belong to us & we retain all copyrights.
The use of inert/dummy ammunition & dummy smoke grenades in our images is for illustration purposes only. These are not included & are not for sale.
From 1st January 2011 VAT is charged at 20%
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website your payment is processed by PayPal’s secure payment system on behalf of Battlezone Airsoft. We do not hold your card details on our system.
If you have a complaint for any reason at all, please contact us immediately and we will reply to you within 24 hours. We aim have any complaint resolved within 7 days.
